34th Annual Scarecrow Contest
Create and enter a scarecrow for display in Bates Nut Farm’s pumpkin patch. Individuals, groups and clubs may participate; each entry receives a jack-o’-lantern pumpkin and certificate, with prizes by category. Drop off entries Friday, October 9 from 1–5 PM or before 10 AM Saturday. Judging is 11 AM–noon, with results at 1 PM. Participation is free.
