SOWED distributes healthy food to anyone in need every other Saturday in partnership with the San Diego Food Bank. No faith affiliation is required, and prayer is optional. Volunteer spaces are limited: contact the church office in advance for required training before assisting with Saturday distributions or Sunday handling of remaining food.
