Costa Mesa resident garden with 57 individual parcels plus limited raised beds for personal vegetable, fruit, flower and plant growing. Apply through the city for the Del Mar waitlist. Access is Monday–Saturday 8 a.m. to dusk and Sunday 9 a.m. to dusk.
