A five-acre teaching and community garden with 40 beds, a greenhouse, fruit-and-nut orchard, apiary, prayer garden and native-plant research plots. Visitors are welcome; community groups can arrange service projects, field trips or adopt a bed. Produce supports the campus café, and donations sustain the garden.
