Healthy House Food to FoRx Community Garden

A 100-bed community garden and fruit orchard operated by Healthy House with space donated by Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church. Volunteers and Healthy House staff grow fruits and vegetables; 25% of the harvest supports Food to FoRx participants experiencing diet-related health conditions, while Hmong elders and community gardeners tend plots.
