Backyard Produce Project is a volunteer nonprofit serving Poway, Rancho Bernardo and surrounding areas. Volunteers tend its organic vegetable garden at Mount Olive Lutheran Church and Preschool and harvest residential fruit trees, donating all produce to local food pantries supporting families and seniors. New volunteers are welcome. Donate produce or funds, request tree-picking help, or join the garden team through the official volunteer form. Contact the project before visiting independently.
