A small, family-run Apple Hill farm producing award-winning, certified-organic extra virgin olive oil from estate-grown Tuscan varieties. Olives are hand-harvested and milled within hours for a fresh, peppery finish. Farm visits are available by chance or appointment, and the oil is also sold through select local partners.
