Community United Methodist Church of Julian hosts Mountain Manna, a monthly backcountry food distribution and emergency pantry serving 100–150 households. Groceries include produce, eggs, bread, meat, canned foods and staples. Registration and financial disclosure are required, but first-time visitors may receive food before registration is complete. Community volunteers support the program.
