At Fred’s Urban Farm we only grow the finest microgreens & salad greens using organic growing methods. Our urban farm is located right within the urban center of Spring Valley, San Diego. The highlight of our operation is our self service farm stand. We offer a wide variety of all natural seasonal produce: Citrus, Microgreens, Salad Greens & Eggs. We only sell organic local produce, all of which can be found at our farm stand.
