La Mesa Park and Recreation Foundation

Friends of La Mesa Parks operates the La Mesa Community Garden at MacArthur Park. Residents can lease beds to grow vegetables, fruit and flowers using organic, water-wise methods. The garden also hosts public gardening workshops and community programs; apply or contact the Foundation before seeking access.
