San Diego County Library
San Diego County Library branches are accessible community hubs offering public technology, classes and partner services. Its Seeds & Sustainability Project provides free starter seeds and gardening and composting resources at participating branches, including locally adapted food crops and pollinator flowers. Selected branches also expand food access through emergency pantries, senior nutrition and Feeding San Diego distributions; branch listings identify available programs.
