San Ysidro Health’s East County Senior Nutrition Program serves reserved meals at Pine Valley Improvement Club on Wednesdays. Adults 60 and older may receive meals for a suggested contribution; guests under 60 pay the current posted rate. Call Mountain Health Community Center in advance to reserve a meal and confirm service details.
