Provides research-based gardening education, plant and pest help, publications, workshops, and demonstration gardens. At the Fair Oaks Horticulture Center, visitors can explore water-efficient landscapes daily and attend free open gardens for edible-growing areas, compost demonstrations, fruit, vegetables, herbs, berries, vineyards, and one-on-one advice. Donations support the center.
