Victory in Praise Modesto’s monthly Manna & Restoration Closet ministry distributes free groceries, clothing, shoes, blankets and toiletries. Current community and CSU resource pages list the fourth Saturday from 10:00 a.m.–noon at James Marshall Park/the church campus. Pantry referral line: 209-678-3971. ID and proof of income may be required.
