1. Sweepstakes Details & Eligibility
This is a free sweepstakes sponsored by Lopperly LLC ("Lopperly," "we," "our," or "us"). This giveaway begins on Tuesday, July 28, 2026 at 9:00 AM PDT and ends on Wednesday, August 12, 2026 at 11:59 PM PDT (the "Promotion Period").
This sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of San Diego County, California, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, and who are able to redeem or collect the prizes at the designated Poway or San Diego County locations. Void where prohibited by law. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
2. Winner Selection & Prize Redemption
One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will take place within 2 days after the sweepstakes closes.
The selected winner will be contacted via direct message from Lopperly's official social media account only. The winner must respond within 48 hours, or another eligible winner may be selected.
Certain prizes may require redemption directly through the participating business or organization and may be subject to that provider's normal scheduling, availability, operating hours, expiration dates, or other restrictions. Lopperly is not responsible for changes to business operations or availability after the sweepstakes begins.
The advertised prize package value of "$500+" is an estimated retail value calculated at the time of publication. Individual prize values may vary. Neither Lopperly nor the participating sponsors are responsible for any differences between the estimated and actual retail value of the prize package or its individual items.
3. Additional Prize Details
We will never request payment, banking information, or credit-card details as a condition of entering or claiming a prize.
All prizes are awarded "as is" and must be received by and in the name of the winner. Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitutions, cash redemption, or exchanges are permitted by the winner, except at Lopperly's sole discretion. If any prize or portion of a prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Lopperly reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
4. Publicity & Privacy
By accepting a prize, the winner grants Lopperly permission to use their first name, city of residence, likeness, photographs, and/or statements related to the sweepstakes for promotional purposes on Lopperly's website, social media channels, and marketing materials, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Information collected in connection with this sweepstakes will be used solely to administer the promotion, contact the winner, and, if you choose to opt in, send updates about Lopperly's upcoming launch and future community news. Lopperly does not sell personal information to third parties. Information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes, if any, associated with acceptance or use of the prize.

Participating businesses, nonprofits, sponsors, donors, and prize providers are providing prize contributions only. They are not responsible for the administration of the sweepstakes, winner selection, prize fulfillment (except for their individual prize contribution), or any claims arising from participation in the promotion.
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Lopperly, participating businesses, nonprofit partners, sponsors, and their respective owners, employees, officers, directors, agents, and affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the sweepstakes or acceptance or use of any prize, except where prohibited by law.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook. By entering, participants release Instagram and Facebook from responsibility related to this promotion.
